Why do you think Knowledge Gate produces better Manpower for any industry than today's educational institutes ?
At Knowledge Gate we study the market economics and the demand for specific course or specialty for today and tomorrow. Today's education systems produces manpower products which have identical knowledge. This judwaas of same specialty creates competition and resistance for themselves. We teach people to find gaps in market and thereby develop a super special manpower to work in that gap and satisfy a particular target group (customers) in much better way. What degrees or certificates do you provide ?.
The key competitive weapons in this new era are intelligence, knowledge and speed--not degrees. Your degrees will be valued as sand in desert in future as most institutes of world will not be able to create professions for tomorrow's world. What is the message for fools who run blind after big degrees at big institutes and waste lakhs of dollars ?.
"A College degree does not mean you are educated. Quite the contrary. It means that you have been opened up to a perpetual state of ignorance and thus a lifelong hunger for more ideas, knowledge, good thoughts, challenges etc. Some of the dumbest people we know went to great, prestigious colleges and universities. They walked across a stage, took degree in hand, pronounced themselves well-educated and proceeded never to read another book or tax their minds in any way beyond the available salary or job. Your degree only made you a learned clerk with all those outdated knowledge which is not required anymore for anybody in satisfying basic needs of society. The degree gave you an ego to become Gandhi's Monkey - not to see, listen & speak anything about new ways of satisfying basic needs of society. You must notice that most successful people in world like Bill Gates, Michael Jackson or Sachin Tendulkar has no big degrees."
Why then most companies are looking for degree holders ?.
The only option for companies to get good manpower today is through colleges and universities. So people compare your talent with degrees. As jobs for talented non-degree people is not available in society, they normally tend to open their own business or do consulting work. People with such ability will be required by most industry in next era to get work done faster, in time and at low rates. Most companies will have to look for such cost effective intelligent manpower to survive in competition. Employees can never become productive that an individual entrepreneur can. So companies will open their minds slowly as the management realizes unnecessary high salary overhead phenomena compared to contract employee's - salary based on performance linked remuneration. Now the days of job security are gone. So its always better to work independently as contract employee - entrepreneur. Get the pay according to your ability, work and quality.
