You can subscribe to local channels when you order your programming from the Satellite Receiver or you can use an over the air antenna and plug it into the back of your satellite receiver. Q. Can I get international programming with a satellite TV system?A. Yes. All those channels are also listed in the channels and programming packages listed in the box your satellite system comes in. Q. How is satellite TV different from cable?A. Your cable company chooses which channels they get the best prices for then they limit your viewing options to those channels. With satellite TV, you get to choose and only pay for those channels you want to watch. Most people are surprised at how many great channels there are to watch that they never knew existed. Q. Can I watch two different programs be on more than one TV in my house?A. Buying separate Satellite Receivers for the various television sets in your home gives you the flexibility of watching different programs on different TVs. To do this, you'll need to have a dual-LNB Satellite System.
